MUSEUM OF PRINTED TEXTILES

The Musée de l’Impression sur Étoffes in Mulhouse (Alsace) holds a remarkable collection of six million samples and tools shedding light on French and international industrial techniques in the textile industry, from the 18th century to today.

Avesta Group was commissioned by Mulhouse Alsace Agglomeration to enhance the museum’s positioning and support its restructuring into a public body.

By developing governance and organisational models, along with visitor number projections, Avesta Group provided the local authority and its partners with a comprehensive pathway to stabilise and consolidate the museum’s management over the next 5 years, all while meeting the requirements associated with collections labelled “Musée de France”.
