ALROWAH STRATEGY & TRAINING

As part of the Royal Commission of AlUla’s goal to set new standards of excellence in heritage interpretation worldwide, Avesta Group undertook the mission to build a strategic roadmap to enhance the skills of AlUla’s heritage site guides known as AlRowah.

Avesta Group conducted a thorough analysis of their current abilities and researched international and regional best practices, notably on accreditations and on-the-job learning opportunities. The result was a detailed five-year training plan with motivating incentives and clear performance indicators. The outcome will offer scalable knowledge transfer potential for the country and beyond. It promises to provide visitors with unique experiences, establishing the region as a leader in heritage interpretation innovation.
