The International Financial Center (IFC) in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye is a 460 ha mixed-use development project located in “New Moscow” in the Zakharkovskaya floodplain of the Moskva River, five kilometres from the outer Moscow Ring Road.
The IFC’s ambition is becoming both the hub of the Russian financial system and a leading cogwheel in the global interaction between investors and organisations seeking investment. The IFC aims to enable the creation of a high-tech and globally-competitive financial market in Russia.
Avesta Group was invited to participate in the project as cultural planner, elaborating the strategy and analysing various dimensions of this vast international financial centre in Moscow.
