In collaboration with BCG, Avesta Group has been instrumental in shaping the Diriyah Heritage and Culture Strategy. This partnership has defined value propositions and structural requirements for all cultural assets, conducted comprehensive market assessments, and contributed to the design of efficient operating and financial models, ultimately estimating the socio-economic impact of these initiatives.
