LEARNING & ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY

The Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) aims to position itself at the forefront of international best practice in the culture sector, recognising the benefits of informal learning for personal, social, and emotional development, and its impact on quality of life and societal advancement.

Avesta Group was commissioned by RCU to craft a strategy for connecting with audiences through meaningful and memorable learning experiences across AlUla’s cultural sites.

Avesta Group created user-friendly resources tailored to help teams design and deliver visitor-focused programmes. Our action plan encompassed the establishment of an expert panel, impact assessment methods, and training to integrate the strategy into workflows.
