Wadi AlFann is a forthcoming contemporary art destination in AlUla’s desert, showcasing monumental artworks by internationally acclaimed living artists James Turrell, Manal AlDowayan, Michael Heizer, and Ahmed Matter.
Avesta Group was tasked by the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) to provide a comprehensive business case and operational plan, tailoring visitor experiences to the site’s topography and climate, and devising an integrated strategy based on RCU’s ambitious vision and market insights. We designed a delivery model and organisational framework, proposed risk management measures, and assessed financial feasibility to ensure operational excellence onsite and across all three Pavilions, from programmes to F&B.
