Avesta Group developed an exhibition concept and scenography for a boxing-themed exhibition at Le Musée National du Sport in Nice, France. The objective was to create a temporary exhibition focused on boxing while highlighting the key figures who solidified this ‘noble art’.
Avesta Group’s approach divided the exhibition into six ‘rounds’, with three distinct elements organizing the space: a practice area, a boxing ring, and a cinema zone. Each ‘round’ featured stories of renowned male and female boxers. The exhibition began by explaining boxing rules, followed by sections on training methods, equipment, boxing-related professions, music associated with the sport, boxing styles, and the business aspect of boxing, covering all facets of this art, both its virtues and vices.
