In an effort to expand its tourism offer while also remaining conscious of heritage conservation measures, the Royal Commission for AlUla requested the development of a strategy for future events. This strategy would evaluate the potential for major events and festivals to be held within these heritage sites and establish their procedural foundations.
Following an in-depth site assessment and analysis of the current events market and best practices, Avesta Group produced a Heritage Experiences Handbook to ensure smooth operational planning and optimal delivery of events. In addition, Avesta Group created a detailed events toolkit, including all requisite documents for implementing events to serve the responsible teams at every step of the events delivery process.
