Positioned near the Al Fahidi heritage district along the historic Dubai Creek, Al Seef is a new cultural and recreational hub celebrating the city’s rich heritage. Designed as a vibrant destination for residents and visitors alike, it combines historical charm with modern attractions, including a marina, a traditional souk, a floating market, and boats featuring restaurants, art galleries, and Emirati craft shops.
Avesta Group led the development of the cultural center concept, creating three distinct visions inspired by Dubai’s architectural history, Islam, and tolerance. Avesta Group also prepared a cultural programme, operational strategy, and a business plan to guide Meeras’ decision making.
