The Kvareli Foundation for Contemporary Art represents, promotes, and supports contemporary Georgian artists both nationally and globally. Its mission is to enhance knowledge and understanding of Georgia’s art scene. The Foundation is based in the wine region of Kakheti, Georgia, where it operates a mixed-use development that includes hospitality services and vineyards.
Avesta Group oversaw the entire operational planning process. We conducted market and visitor studies, delivered a comprehensive operation plan including partnership strategies and outlines for events, programs, and other activities, and led the recruitment and training of the Foundation’s senior management personnel. Additionally, Avesta Group designed the Foundation’s brand and visual identity.
