Beirut Art Museum is set to reposition Beirut as a regional cultural hub, providing innovative, state-of-the-art facilities, exhibitions, and programmes aimed at further cultivating the local arts sector, fostering interactions between individuals and communities, and attracting an international audience.
Avesta Group played a central role in overseeing the entire spectrum of the project, which included exhibition planning, cultural programming, governance structure, operational and financial planning, fundraising strategy, and facility planning, including the architectural proposals review.
