Avesta Group oversaw the museum’s space planning, ensuring safety, accessibility, and sustainability, while also developing a best-practices guide for the institution. Avesta Group crafted the foundational statements of the Aven Museum and devised its programme strategy featuring yearly events catering to all ages, aimed at engaging the local, regional, and national creative communities. Workshops, lectures, concerts, screenings, children’s activities, galas, and art residencies were amongst the proposed initiatives to foster creative collaboration and make the museum a vibrant cultural hub.
