The Mana Saeed Al Otaiba Museum, located on one of Dr. Otaiba’s estates in Abu Dhabi, is a tribute to the extraordinary life and accomplishments of HE Dr. Mana Saeed Al Otaiba, the UAE’s first Minister of Oil and an esteemed poet. The museum features many important historical items that highlight Dr Otaiba’s diplomatic career, contributions to the founding and development of the UAE, as well as his achievements in the worlds of poetry and literature.
Avesta Group spearheaded the development of a concept and exhibition plan that encapsulated the museum’s mission to celebrate Dr. Otaiba’s legacy. Through interviews and in-depth research on Dr Otaiba’s life, Avesta Group identified eight essential facets that serve as the pillars of the museum’s main galleries. Avesta Group also developed scenarios and interpretive tools to create an interactive, dynamic museum fit for Dr Otaiba’s distinguished career.
