The ambitious Ten Regional Museums Project falls in line with the Saudi government’s commitment to preserving and enhancing the Kingdom’s national heritage. Ten regional museums in Saudi Arabia are seeing the light of day to encourage the exploration and appreciation of local history and heritage.
Avesta Group has provided a full range of services for the creation of these museums, from defining the curatorial journey and developing content to educational programming, as well as design, signage, space planning, and operations. For each museum, the team drew inspiration from the unique cultural identity of the region, reflected in both the design and narrative approach.
