TUSHINO BUSINESS PARK

The Expo Centre Business Tower, part of the wider Rostec complex, accommodates the Business Park (F1) and functions as a permanent exhibition venue presenting Rostec’s civil and technological innovations, showcasing contemporary advancements and industrial progress.

Avesta first defined the project’s strategic positioning and vision. Building on this foundation, our teams developed a comprehensive curatorial and interpretation program designed to position the centre as a dynamic platform; highlighting Rostec’s achievements, fostering partnerships, and delivering high-value services and facilities.

In parallel, we established the complex’s operational and business framework, identifying target users and core functions. Avesta also reviewed and refined the architectural design to ensure operational consistency, and developed a detailed facility strategy and EXPO concept, defining spatial strategies and functional programming for all areas.
