Avesta Group successfully completed turnkey projects for various temporary exhibitions at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, including Science News Space, Man and Genes, What Works?, Decoding the Hair, Electricity, Brain, and Journey into Space.
Situated in Parc de la Villette in Paris, the Cité is Europe’s largest science museum and one of the numerous Cultural Centers of the Science, Technology, and Industry Network (CCSTI), attracting around five million visitors annually. Its facilities include a planetarium, a submarine (the Argonaute (S636)), an IMAX theatre (La Géode), and specialized areas for children and teenagers. Established under President Giscard d’Estaing’s initiative, the Cité aims to disseminate scientific and technical knowledge among the public, especially the youth, fostering interest in science, research, and industry.
