Located in the northern part of Saudi Arabia, the Northern Borders Regional Museum discloses the history and multiple connections established through trails, roads and pipelines in this province. The exhibition retraces the birth, evolution and multiplication of these routes, roads that constitute the backbone of the territory. It invites visitors to learn about the people, the goods and the ideas that travelled along these communication lines.
Avesta Group crafted the concept of the museum and prepared the interpretive plans for all galleries. In addition, Avesta Group worked on the museum’s operational parameters and developed a full business plan. Lastly, Avesta Group produced a comprehensive masterplan to organise the various functions of the institution within the building space.
