As part of a comprehensive restructuring of its headquarters in historic Dubai, ENBD aims to transform its confidential Pearl exhibition into a premier cultural destination in Dubai. Relocated on an upper floor, the new Pearl Museum aims to offer a unique experience showcasing the world’s most precious privately held pearl collection, thereby embodying ENBD’s brand in a manner that celebrates the history and culture of Dubai.
Following an in-depth analysis of the market and industry best practices, Avesta Group developed an institutional plan to reposition the museum at the heart of the bank’s activities and values, while growing its attractivity. Detailed operational and financial plans were produced to ensure feasibility, smooth functioning, and viability of the exhibition. To ensure optimal implementation of this repositioning and associated operating model, Avesta Group provided training to the museum’s teams.
