Europa City was an ambitious urban development project planned near Paris, in the Triangle de Gonesse area, close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Envisioned as a hub for shopping, culture, and entertainment, it aimed to combine retail spaces, leisure activities, hotels, offices, and green zones.
Avesta Group collaborated with Immochan, the real estate arm of the Auchan Group, to shape the cultural aspects of the project. We developed innovative concepts for the cultural facilities and devised a comprehensive strategy to establish institutional partnerships, ensuring the cultural components were seamlessly integrated into the broader vision for the project.
